What a good year looks like

Marketing results depend on your town, your competition and your chairs. Rather than wave a big number at you, here is the shape of the change we work towards, and how we prove it. Read the timeline as a clock: every month before month one is another month of the same leak.

Month by month

Month 1-2

The leaks close

Map listing fixed, inquiries alerted to the front desk, booking made obvious on mobile. This is where the fastest gains usually sit, because the demand already exists.

Month 3-6

You climb

Treatment pages and reviews start moving you up for the searches that matter in your area, and the calls stop being only emergencies.

Month 6-12

It compounds

A steady stream instead of a spike, a lower cost per new patient, and a diary that fills further ahead than it used to.

Three situations we see constantly

See if one of these sounds like your practice

These are composites of the practices we work with, not one particular client. On a call we will show you the real dashboards behind them.

Established practice

"We are busy but the diary has gaps"

Twenty years of goodwill, twelve Google reviews, a website last touched in 2016. The demand was there. Nothing was capturing it.

First move: reviews routine, map listing rebuilt, click to call on every page.

Growth minded

"I want more implants, fewer check ups"

Plenty of routine patients, almost no high value cases, because nothing on the site spoke to someone considering implants.

First move: a proper implant page, finance answers up front, follow up on inquiries that go quiet.

New practice

"We opened and it is too quiet"

Beautiful surgery, no reviews, invisible on Google, burning money on ads with no tracking.

First move: listings from scratch, launch offer that is not a race to the bottom, tracking on every call.

How we prove it

Four numbers, every month, no decoration

  • New patient inquiries: calls and forms, counted, with the ones that were missed shown separately.
  • Booked new patients: the inquiries that became an appointment in your diary.
  • Cost per new patient: what you spent, divided by patients booked. The number that decides everything.
  • Where they came from: map results, search, ads, referrals, so you stop guessing.

If those four numbers are not moving in the right direction, we do not need a slide deck to explain it. We change the plan.
