Find out who is getting the patients you are not
Somebody near you searched for a dentist this week, and one practice got the call. This tells you which searches they used, which practice answered them, and what it would take to be the one that does. One business day, free, and yours to keep whatever you decide afterwards.
We hold a record for all 411,517 dental practices in the United States, so we can look up your town and your competitors before you have sent us anything but your name.
What it costs while nothing looks wrong
A practice never hears from the patients it loses. There is no missed call to return, no complaint, no gap in the diary with a name on it. That is what makes this leak expensive: it is invisible, it is silent, and it runs every month until somebody looks for it. Move the three sliders to your own numbers.
Those are your figures and your guesses. The point of the leak check is to replace the guessing with what people near you actually search for, and which practice is answering them today.
What comes back, in one business day
- The searches your patients use, and where you sit for each
- The three practices winning the map results in your area
- An honest look at your website on a phone
- What we would fix first, in order, with the likely payoff
A page or two you can read in ten minutes, not a forty page audit that gets filed and forgotten.
1. You send six fields
Your name, your practice, your town and what you want more of. No account, and no access to your website, your Google listing or your patient records.
2. We look up your town
The searches people there use, who is winning the map, and how your site behaves on a phone. Done by a person, not a tool that emails you a score out of a hundred.
3. You get it by email
Within one business day, usually sooner. If what we find is that you do not need us, the report says so and that is the end of it.
Ask for yours
Not ready to send anything?
Type your town into the competition tool and it will tell you, right now and without an email address, how many practices you are up against and how many have claimed their listing.
Prefer to talk it through?
Leave your number and a note about when suits. We will call you back within one business day, and it is a conversation, not a pitch.
Nobody will ring you out of the blue afterwards if you would rather we did not.
Already have an agency?
Good. The leak check works as a second opinion, and you are free to hand the findings to them. Seven signs it is time to move on.
Questions dentists ask before sending this
Is it actually free, or is it free until you call me?
Free, and yours to keep. We send the report whether or not we ever speak again, and plenty of them end with "you do not need us". We make money from practices that decide to work with us afterwards, which only happens if the free thing was worth reading.
What do you need from me?
Your practice name, the town you are in and what you want more of. That is enough to look up what patients near you are searching for and who is currently answering them. No access to your website, your Google account or your patient records.
How long does it take?
One business day, usually sooner. It is a short report you can read in ten minutes, not a forty page audit that gets filed and forgotten.
What is actually in it?
The searches patients in your area use, where your practice sits for each, the three practices winning the map results near you, an honest look at your site on a phone, and what we would fix first, in order, with the likely payoff of each.
I already have an agency. Is this awkward?
No. It works as a second opinion and the findings are yours to hand straight to them. If they are doing well you will see that too, which is worth knowing either way.
